So Chris Brown and Miranda Lambert are feuding. What. The. Fuck.
If someone would’ve told me in 2005 that someday these 2 folks would be engulfed in a celebrity feud, I would smack you right across your face.
Well…it’s happening and let’s discuss.
This all started when Miranda tweeted, “How dang long did they give Nicki Minaj to do whatever that was? Strange. And Chris Brown twice? I don’t get it. He beat on a girl…,” “Not cool that we act like that didn’t happen. He needs to listen to Gunpowder and lead and be put back in his place. Not at the Grammys.”
So Chris Brown maturely responded with “HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY Now! That’s the ultimate FUCK OFF!” Chris…
So then at one of her concerts, Miranda, while performing her song Gunpowder & Lead (which just so happens to be about a woman who kills her abusive husband) grabs a fan sign from the audience which says “TAKE NOTES CHRIS BROWN“
Christopher, I suppose, sees this and says “Using my name to get publicity? I love it! Perform your heart out!” “Go buy @miranda_lambert album! So motivational and ‘PERFECT’!”
Who does Chris Brown’s PR and why do they allow him to know the password to his Twitter? Nothing says “I’m now in control of my emotions” that responding to every single negative thing said about him. The smart thing for Chris to do is to understand that it’s a serious thing that he did and not everyone will forgive him. He can’t control that. It’s better for him to ignore it, pay them dust, and just let things go. This isn’t a good look for him. If Miranda doesn’t like you, she doesn’t like you. Let it go.
Miranda’s @replies must have been a mess. Team Breezy are a rabid bunch.
I must say I am forever amused by the absolute randomness of all this. What’s next, a Carrie Underwood and Trey Songz feud? Let’s get it together.
